Solar activity on UT day 13-Dec is expected to be at the R0-R1 level.
S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind speed
is expected to be moderate due to ongoing weak CME influences and an
anticipated coronal hole wind stream entry. G0-G1 geomagnetic
conditions with the chance of G2 conditions early in the UT day, are
expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be fair,
with poor conditions possible at times for the southern Australian
region. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are
expected to be 15-20% depressed to near predicted monthly values.
Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are expected.
