Solar activity on UT day 04-Dec is expected to be at the R1, chance R2
level. S0, chance S1 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong due to a
coronal hole wind stream. Planetary G3 conditions were reached late in
the UT day on 03-Dec. G1-G2 geomagnetic conditions are expected for
today. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be fair.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are
expected to be 15-20% depressed in association with geomagnetic
activity. Shortwave fadeouts are possible on daylight HF circuits.
