Solar activity on UT day 28-Aug is expected to be at R1 with a chance
of R2 levels. S0-S1 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be
mostly normal with poor conditions possible at high latitudes. Maximum
usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are expected to be
near predicted monthly values. Brief shortwave fadeouts are probable.
