On UT day 30-Sep solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with a chance of G1. S0 solar radiation storm
conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be mostly normal. Maximum usable frequencies are expected
to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. Isolated
shortwave fadeouts are possible.
