Solar activity on UT day 25-Sep is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0-G1 geomagnetic
conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be mostly normal. Maximum useable frequencies (MUFs) are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. Isolated
shortwave fadeouts are possible.
