Solar activity on UT day 01-Sep is expected to be at R1, chance R2
levels. The solar wind speed is expected to be light. Geomagnetic
activity has recently been mildly elevated due to periods of southward
interplanetary magnetic field conditions. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
fair to normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are generally
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. Southern
Australian region MUFs are 15% depressed after local dawn this morning
but are expected to recover. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
