On UT day 10-Oct solar activity is expected to be R1-R3. The solar
wind is expected to become strong. G3-G4 geomagnetic conditions are
expected later in the UT day. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to become degraded with the onset of the geomagnetic
activity. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted
values to 30% depressed. S1-S2 solar radiation storm conditions are
expected with a chance for S3. Auroras may be seen at high to middle
latitudes during local night hours. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
