Solar activity on UT day 09-Oct is expected to be at R1-R2 levels,
with a chance of R3. The solar wind is expected to be moderate. G0
geomagnetic conditions, with a chance of G1 are expected. S1 solar
radiation storm conditions are expected, with a chance of S2. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be mostly normal, with the
chance of mild degradations, particularly at high latitudes. Maximum
usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values to
10% depressed, with the strongest depressions in the southern
Australian region. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
