Solar activity on UT day 29-Nov is expected to be at R0-R1 levels,
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate.
G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a chance of G2. S0
solar radiation storm conditions are expected. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be normal to fair. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are expected to be near
predicted monthly values, with the chance of depressions of 5-10%.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
