Solar activity on UT day 09-Nov is expected to be at R1-R2 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected. S0 solar proton conditions are expected. HF
radio communication conditions are expected to be fair to normal.
Maximum useable frequencies (MUFs) are generally expected to be near
predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. Southern Australian region
HF conditions may be mildly degraded during local night hours with
slight depressions possible at times. Shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
