Solar activity on UT day 07-Nov is expected to be at the R2 level,
with a chance of R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to
moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. S0 solar proton
conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be normal. Maximum useable frequencies (MUFs) are expected
to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. Shortwave
fadeouts are probable.
