[ASWFC]

Solar activity on UT day 31-May is expected to be at R1-R2, chance R3
levels. One of the two regions considered capable of R3 flare activity
is now in decay. The other region remains magnetically complex. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be mostly normal. Maximum usable frequencies are expected
to be near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
