Solar activity on UT day 23-May is expected to be at the R1 level,
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to
moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a slight chance
of G1. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be mostly
normal. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 15% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
