with a chance of R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong to
moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. S0 solar radiation
storm conditions are expected, with a chance of S1. Maximum usable
frequencies are expected to be near monthly predicted values in the
Australian region. Mostly normal HF communication conditions are
expected, with a chance of degraded conditions at high latitudes.
Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
