On UT day 17-Jul solar activity is expected to be R1-R2 with a chance
for R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to light. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. S0 solar radiation storm
conditions are expected, with a slight chance of S1. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable
frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
