Solar activity on UT day 27-Dec is expected to be at R1-R2 levels with
a chance of R3. S0 solar radiation storm conditions, with a chance of
S1 are expected. The solar wind is expected to be low to moderate. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio propagation conditions
are expected to be mostly normal. Maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near predicted values to 15% enhanced. Shortwave
fadeouts are probable.
