On UT day 25-Dec solar activity is expected to be R1-R2 with a chance
for R3. The solar wind is expected to be initially moderate, possibly
trending high. G1-G2 geomagnetic conditions are expected by the end of
the UT day. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be
initially normal, becoming mildly degraded by the end of the day.
Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted values.
S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
