Solar activity on UT day 22-Dec is expected to be at R0-R1 levels with
a chance of R2. The solar wind is expected to be strong to moderate.
G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. S0-S1 solar radiation storm
conditions are expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected
to be mostly normal to fair. Maximum usable frequencies are expected
to be near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
