Solar activity on UT day 18-Dec is expected to be at R0-R1 conditions
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be high. G0
geomagnetic conditions, with a chance of G1 are expected. S0 solar
radiation storm conditions are expected. HF radio propagation
conditions are expected to be fair to normal. Maximum usable
frequencies are expected to be near predicted values. Shortwave
fadeouts are possible.
