Solar activity on UT day 09-Dec is expected to be at R0-R1 levels,
with a chance of isolated R2-R3 level flares. The solar wind speed is
expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with
a chance of G1. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected, with
a chance of S1. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
fair to normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian
region are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
