Solar activity on UT day 17-Feb is expected to be at the R0-R1 levels.
The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a chance of isolated G1
periods. Australian region maximum usable frequencies are expected to
be near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are possible. A
partial halo CME was observed on 15-Feb and is expected to impact
Earth's magnetosphere on 18-Feb.
