Solar activity on UT day 19-Apr is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with a chance of G1 due to weak glancing
blow(s) from recent CME activity. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs)
are expected to be 15-20% enhanced and HF radio propagation conditions
are expected to be mostly normal. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
