Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on 29-Oct. The solar
wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong. G0-G1 geomagnetic
conditions are expected. Mostly normal HF conditions are expected,
with mild degradations possible due to increased geomagnetic activity
from a coronal hole high speed wind stream.
