Solar activity is expected to be at R0 levels on 17-Nov, with a chance
of low-level R1 flares. G0 geomagnetic conditions are generally
expected, with a slight possibility of isolated G1 periods by the end
of the UT day due to a recent CME. The solar wind is expected to be
light, with a slight possibility to become moderate by the end of the
UT day. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected, with a
slight chance of mildly degraded conditions by local night hours on
17-Nov for the southern Australian region. Isolated shortwave fadeouts
are possible on 17-Nov.
