Solar flare activity is expected to be at the R0 level with a small
chance of R1 level flaring on UT day 28 May. The solar wind speed is
expected to be mostly moderate due to coronal hole effects. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. High-frequency radio
communications are expected to be mostly normal with a chance of low
level shortwave fadeouts.
