Solar flare activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels, with a slight
chance of R2 level on UT day 24-May. The solar wind speed is expected
to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. High-frequency
radio communications are expected to be mostly normal, although
shortwave fadeouts are possible.
