Solar flare activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels, with a slight
chance of R2 level on UT day 15 May. The solar wind speed expected to
be at slightly enhanced levels. G0 geomagnetic conditions expected for
Australia. High-frequency radio communications expected to be mostly
normal, although short-wave fadeouts are possible.
