Solar flare activity is expected to be at R1-R2 levels on UT day
5-May, with a chance of R3 levels. The solar wind speed is expected to
be near background levels. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected for
Australia. High-frequency radio communications are expected to be
mostly normal, although short-wave fadeouts are likely.
