Low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 28 Mar. The solar wind
is likely to continue to be strong due to coronal hole effects and a
possible CME impact on 28 Mar. Geomagnetic conditions are likely to
remain unsettled to active on 28 Mar. High-frequency radio
communications are mostly normal to enhanced, but with depression
periods possible at some locations.
