Low solar flare activity is expected today, UT day 23 Mar, with a
chance of more C-class flares and a remote chance of M-class flares.
Mild enhancements in solar wind speed are possible today in response
to a small equatorial coronal hole reaching geoeffective location on
the solar disk. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet
to unsettled, with a chance of isolated active conditions.
High-frequency radio communications are expected to be normal. Low
chance of shortwave fadeouts.
