Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on UT day 18 Mar.
Minor coronal mass ejection (CME) effects are possible. The solar wind
is light, but could increase if the CME arrives. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be quiet, with unsettled conditions if the
CME arrives. Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible. High-frequency
radio communications are expected to be normal with isolated mildly
degraded conditions possible at high latitudes.
