[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 15 March - issued 2338UT/14-Mar-2022

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected for UT day 15 Mar.
Minor coronal mass ejection effects are in progress, with a moderate
solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be unsettled to
active on 15 Mar. Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible. Otherwise,
high-frequency radio communications are expected to be mostly normal
with isolated degraded conditions possible at high latitudes.
