[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 13 March - issued 2345UT/12-Mar-2022

Solar activity is expected to be low to moderate on UT day 13 Mar. CME
impacts are expected in the latter half of 13 Mar or early 14 Mar. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate becoming strong
with the arrival of the CMEs. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to
be mostly quiet until the CME disturbance then unsettled to
minor/major storm levels can be expected. High frequency radio
communications mostly normal although there may be degradations late
on UT day 13 Mar. There is the chance of short-wave fadeouts. Aurora
sightings may be possible after the onset of the geomagnetic
activity.
