Solar activity is expected to be low, with an slightly increased
chance for isolated low level M class (ASWAS R1) flares. Solar wind
speed is expected to be light. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to
be mostly quiet to unsettled, with a chance for a mild increase in
activity during the second half of the UT day. High-frequency radio
communications should be mostly normal, possibly becoming fair later
in the UT day.
