Solar activity is expected to be low with possible moderate activity
on UT day 07 Mar. Moderate solar wind speeds due to coronal hole
effects and possible CME impacts. Geomagnetic conditions are expected
to be mostly quiet to active. High-frequency radio communications
should be mostly normal with some high-latitude depressions possible.
There is a chance for shortwave fadeouts on daylight HF circuits.
