Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on UT day 05-Jul,
with a slight chance of R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio
propagation conditions are expected to be mostly normal, with mildly
degraded conditions possible during local night hours.
