Solar activity is expected to be low to moderate on UT day 31 January
with a slight chance of an isolated X-class flare. The solar wind
speed is still moderate, due to waning coronal hole effects.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to unsettled. Mostly
normal HF propagation conditions are expected with possible shortwave
fadeouts on daylight HF circuits today.
