Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 21 January with a
possibility of moderate activity (M flares). The solar wind speed is
expected to continue declining over the next 24 hours. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be quiet to unsettled. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions are expected with a possibility of a short wave
fadeout.
