Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for 10-Jan. The solar
wind speed is still moderate, due to waning coronal hole effects.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet with unsettled
periods possible early on 10-Jan. High-frequency radio communications
should be mostly normal.
