Solar activity is expected to be low with a chance of moderate
activity on UT day 02 January. The solar wind speed is currently
strong but is expected to decline to moderate levels as coronal hole
effects wane. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to
unsettled with a chance of an isolated active period. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions are expected with a possibility of isolated
minor short-wave fadeouts (radio blackouts).
