Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 24
February, with a slight chance of an isolated M-class flare. The solar
wind speed is expected to continue on a gradual decline and reach near
nominal level today. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet
with possible isolated unsettled periods. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions are expected today with a slight chance of an isolated
shortwave fadeout on daylight HF circuits.
