Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 22 February, with a
chance of an isolated M-class flare. The solar wind speed is still
enhanced, due to waning coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions
are expected to be quiet to unsettled with possible active periods.
Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected today with a
chance of isolated shortwave fadeouts on daylight HF circuits.
