[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 20 February - issued 2317UT/19-Feb-2022

Low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 20 Feb. Minor coronal
hole effects are in progress, resulting in a moderate solar wind.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at unsettled to active
levels. High-frequency radio communications are mostly normal with
some degraded conditions possible at high latitudes.
