[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 05 February - issued 2336UT/04-Feb-2022

Solar activity is expected to be moderate on UT day 05 February. The
solar wind speed is expected to be mostly moderate. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be unsettled to active with possible minor
storm periods. HF conditions are expected to be fair to normal with
some degradations at mid and high latitudes. Isolated shortwave
fadeouts are possible on daylight HF circuits.
