Solar activity is expected to be low to moderate on UT day 2 February.
The solar wind speed is moderate with a shock observed in the solar
wind late in the UT day on 01 February from a recent coronal mass
ejection. Geomagnetic conditions are expected reach minor to major
storm levels today. Fair to poor HF propagation conditions are
expected today. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible on daylight
