Solar activity is expected to be at the R0-R1 levels on 08-Dec. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong due to a coronal
hole wind stream. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at the G0
level, with isolated G1 periods possible over 08-09 Dec. Australian
regional maximum usable frequencies are expected to be generally near
predicted monthly values, with mild depressions possible 08-09 Dec for
the southern Australian region. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
