Solar flare activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The solar wind
speed is expected to be at mildly elevated levels due to coronal hole
effects. G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected. High-frequency
radio communications are expected to be normal to slightly enhanced
although there is the possibility of short-wave radio fadeouts.
