Solar flare activity is expected to be at mostly R1-R2 (minor to
moderate) levels, with a slight chance for an isolated R3 (strong)
event, on UT day 24-Apr, with light to moderate solar wind. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. Isolated short-wave radio
fadeouts are possible. High-frequency radio communications are
expected to be normal.
