Solar activity is expected to be at R1-R2 (minor to moderate) levels
with a chance of R3 (strong) levels on UT day 18 Apr. Moderate to
strong solar wind speeds are expected due to continued weak coronal
hole effects. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Normal to good
HF propagation conditions are likely. Shortwave fadeouts are likely.
