Solar activity is expected to be at R0 level on UT day 14 Apr. The
solar wind speed is currently light, with an expected increase during
UT day 14 Apr, associated with the arrival of the CME from 11 Apr.
Geomagnetic activity is initially expected to be at G0 level,
increasing to G1 during the UT day. MUFs are expected to be initially
near normal to slightly enhanced, with degradations expected later in
the UT day. No shortwave fadeouts are expected.
